If orders have stopped syncing from Shopify to Heartland Retail Point of Sale, please check the following:
A. The most common reason for orders to stop syncing to Heartland Retail Point of Sale is related to a custom field that are set to REQUIRED. This would be a custom field on the CUSTOMER or a custom field on the SALES ORDER.
Login to Heartland Retail Point of Sale and go to Settings > Custom Fields.
Examine all custom fields with a GROUP = CUSTOMER
Look for a Custom Field that is set to REQUIRED like the example below.
Remove the REQUIRED setting so it is no longer required. That will enable Hyperspace to create new customers when syncing Sales Orders to Heartland Retail Point of Sale.
Repeat the same process for all Custom Fields with a GROUP = SALES ORDER. See below.
